10 Day Easy Return

For us customer is the priority. You can try our garments and initiate a return within 10 days of receiving the product. While we have a No-Questions-Asked return policy, still to serve you better on your next order, we ask you to select the relevant reason from the dropdown list while you are making a return. This information helps us to understand the reason for the return and ensure your next purchase experience is delighted. We encourage you to pass on your comment in the space provided.

We understand a lot of our customers are making purchases on Blackberrys.com for the purpose of an event, function, party or marriage. While we try to deliver all orders within a maximum of 7 days, we still recommend you to visit our store and try and buy the Blackberrys Clothing of your choice to avoid any such delays. Please note that the return window cannot be accessed after 10 days of the delivery.

Terms & Conditions Applied:

  • We do not offer an Exchange Policy. You can simply initiate a return and reorder a product.
  • Returns are not applicable for Masks, Innerwear & Accessories.
  • Item(s) must be in their original and unused condition within 10 days of receipt in the original box.
  • Any tampering with the tags or garment will result in quality check rejection, thus rejection of the return request.
  • In case you receive a damaged or defective product, place the return within 10 days of delivery.
  • Original barcodes, tags, labels, product, and brand packaging should be originally intact. Missing or tampering will lead to Quality Check rejection and thus rejection of the placed return/refund request.
  • You can return one or more items from the same order.
  • Refund will be processed only after the product is received at our warehouse.

HOW TO RETURN

  • Log into your account on https://blackberrys.com/account/login
  • Go to ‘My orders’
  • Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to return.
  • You might receive an OTP to verify your request.
  • To help us serve you better, please select the reason of ‘Return’ from drop-down list. You may add your comments in the comment section.
  • Your return process gets initiated.

RETURN PROCESS

COD ORDER

  • For COD orders, you will be required to fill out the account details where you would like your amount to be refunded.
  • You will receive a confirmation SMS/Email.
  • Reverse Pickup is done in 2-3 business days.
  • It takes 5-7 business days to ship items to our warehouse.
  • Once QC is passed, a refund is initiated. (2-3 Business Days)
  • Based on your payment method/bank you will receive your amount within 2-7 business days.

PAID ORDER

  • For Paid Order refund is made automatically to the mode of payment used.
  • You will receive a confirmation SMS/Email.
  • Reverse Pickup is done with 2-3 business days.
  • It takes 5-7 Business days to ship item to our warehouse.
  • Once QC is passed, a refund is initiated. (2-3 Business Days)
  • Based on your payment method/Bank you will receive your amount within 2-7 Business days.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

On Blackberrys.com, you can initiate an order cancellation anytime you have placed the order till the item is non-fulfillable. Once marked as ready to be shipped, the items cannot be cancelled. As the items are shipped or in transit, we request you to accept the order and later return them in such cases.

At times for various reasons Blackberrys can cancel the on orders on its own. You can check our Terms of Use page to understand in detail the reason for initiating such a cancellation. 

ALTERATION SERVICE TO FIT YOU PERFECTLY

Most of our trousers are open length, which allows you to alter the bottom to your perfect requirement. You can avail our free-of-cost alteration service for any category like Bottom wear, Suits/Blazer, Shirts etc. by visiting at one of our nearest stores. RETURN PROCESS FOR ALTERED GARMENTS

Any garment or product which is altered in any way is not eligible for any exchange or return/refund.

NOTE: NO PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF THEY DO NOT PASS THE QUALITY CHECK PROCESS.
