TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Organizer

This promotion ("Promotion") is organized by MOHAN CLOTHING COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED, having its registered office at E/22, Jhandewalan Extension, Karol Bagh, New Delhi 110055 and corporate office at 58-59, Udyog Vihar, Phase-IV, Gurgaon – 122015 ("Organizer").

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion commences on 21th September 2026 and ends on 30th September 2026 (both dates inclusive), unless extended, modified, suspended or terminated earlier by the Organizer at its sole discretion ("Promotion Period"). Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not qualify.

3. Eligibility

  • The Promotion is valid for Indian citizens who have attained the age of 18 years & is a resident of India.
  • Employees, directors, and immediate family members of the Organizer, its affiliates, partner brands, and their respective agencies are not eligible for this promotion.
  • The Promotion is not available in the State of Tamil Nadu or in any other state or union territory where such promotional schemes are prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

4. Offer Structure

  1. Reward: Blackberrys Gift Vouchers
  2. Value per Voucher: INR 3,000
  3. Total Winners : 25 (Including both LinkedIn and Instagram)
  4. Validity: 3 months from the date of issuance.
  • If the winner is unable to avail the prize due to any reason, the organizer will not be responsible for the same nor shall it compensate the winner in any way in lieu of the prize.

5. Participation

By submitting an entry, the participant represents that the content is original, has been created by the participant, does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights of any person, and contains all permissions necessary for any persons, music, images, trademarks, or other third-party material appearing in it. The participant grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, repost, publish, display, adapt, and communicate the submitted content, together with the participant's social media handle, solely for administering, publicising, and promoting the Promotion and Blackberrys, subject to applicable law.

Participation Criteria-

  1. Participants must share both a picture and a story.
  2. The entry must be posted on either LinkedIn or Instagram.
  3. Participants must follow the Blackberrys Menswear Instagram or LinkedIn page, based on their chosen platform for participation, and like the contest post.
  4. Participants must use #MyWinStory with their entry.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners of the contest shall be selected from all valid entries received across LinkedIn and Instagram through a computerized random selection process conducted by an independent auditor appointed by the Organizer, on or before 30 October 2026. The selection process shall be final, and no correspondence regarding the selection methodology shall be entertained.
  • Winners will be notified through a direct message sent to the social media account from which the qualifying entry was submitted and may also be contacted using details subsequently provided for verification and fulfilment.
  • Results will be published on the Organizer's official [blackberrys.com and/or social media handles] within 30 days of the draw.
  • A selected winner must respond to the notification and provide the information and documents reasonably required for eligibility verification and reward delivery within seven days of notification. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, fails verification, or does not claim the reward within that period, the Organizer may disqualify that winner and select an alternate winner using the same selection process.

  2. Blackberrys gift cards
    • Gift card is not applicable on AFI. (AFI – Accessories, Footwear and Innerwear)
    • Gift card cannot be clubbed with any other offer/discounts/promotions.
    • Multiple gift cards cannot be combined in a single booking.
    • Must be claimed and used within 3 months of issuance to the winner.
    • One gift card is valid once per user.
    • It is only applicable on Exclusive Brands stores and official website, Blackberrys.com
    • Gift Card cannot be converted in to cash benefit.
    • Duffle & trolley promotion cannot be clubbed
  3. General Conditions
  • Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any reward with one of equal or greater value, without prior notice, if the original reward becomes unavailable for any reason.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, with reasonable notice published on [blackberrys.in], without liability.
  • The Organizer's decision on all matters relating to this Promotion, including winner selection, shall be final and binding.
  • By participating, each participant consents to the collection and use of their name and contact details for the purpose of administering this Promotion, notifying winners, and fulfilling regulatory and tax obligations. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Organizer's privacy policy.
  • By accepting a reward, the winner grants the Organizer permission to use their name, photograph, and testimonial for promotional purposes, unless the winner objects in writing at the time of accepting the reward.
  • By participating in the Promotion, the participant consents to the Organizer collecting and processing the participant's name, social media handle, submitted content, contact details, eligibility and verification information, and reward-delivery details for administering the Promotion, validating entries, communicating with participants, selecting and announcing winners, delivering rewards, preventing fraud, and complying with legal, regulatory, accounting, and tax obligations. Such personal data shall be handled in accordance with the Organizer's privacy notice made available with these Terms and Conditions
  • Incidental expenses and other costs not specifically listed as part of the reward are the responsibility of the respective reward winner.
  1. Limitation of Liability
    • The Organizer, its affiliates, and partner brands shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant arising from participation in the Promotion or from the acceptance, use, or enjoyment. The Organiser offers no express or implied warranties regarding the merchantability or fitness of the prizes.
    • The Organizer shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil rewards caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to government restrictions, travel advisories, natural disasters, pandemics, or force majeure events.
  2. Privacy Policy

By participating in the Promotion, the participant expressly consents to the collection, storage, and use of their personal data for the following purposes:

  • Administration and management of the Promotion, including processing entries.
  • Identification, verification, and announcement of winners.
  • Compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, or governmental requirements.

Participant Rights

Participants shall have the right to:

  • Access their personal data held by the Organizer.
  • Request correction, updating, or erasure of their personal data, subject to applicable law.
  • Withdraw their consent for the processing of personal data, noting that such withdrawal may affect participation or eligibility in the Promotion.

All personal data shall be processed, stored, and protected in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws, including any amendments thereto. 

  1. Force Majeure

If an event beyond the Organizer's reasonable control prevents or materially affects the conduct of the Promotion or fulfilment of any reward, including a government restriction, natural disaster, pandemic, platform outage, cyber incident, or other force majeure event, the Organizer may modify, suspend, postpone, or terminate the Promotion.

    • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
    • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
