Blackberrys Loyalty terms & Condition

Loyalty Program T&Cs

1.    Membership Enrolment

1.1          Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and above.

1.2          Customers can enrol through any of the following channels

1.2.a   In-store at the time of purchase or by scanning a QR code placed in Stores

1.2.b  Online @ www.blackberrys.com

1.3          A valid mobile number is mandatory for registration.

1.4          Membership is non-transferable and limited to one account per individual.

2. Point Accumulation

2.1.a  Loyalty points are awarded specifically to Blackberrys Phoenix Club  members only on their eligible purchases.

2.1.b  Member of Blackberrys Phoenix Club will earn 7 points for every ₹200 spent. Points will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for any remaining amount if the total spend value is not a multiple of ₹200. 

2.2  Points are not earned on:

2.2.a    Discounted products or items purchased during clearance sales.

2.2.b     Taxes, shipping fees, and gift card purchases.

2.3  Points will be reflected in the account within 24 to 48 hours of purchase.

3. Point Redemption

3.1  Point redemption is only applicable on exclusive Blackberrys stores selling full price merchandise.

3.2  Points can be redeemed on subsequent purchases, subject to a minimum points threshold of 200 point and maximum point redemption limit per transaction is 3000 points only.

3.3  Points cannot be exchanged for cash or used for purchasing gift cards.

3.4  All customers from Blackberrys Phoenix Club are allowed to redeem their points on the discounted products. No other customer is eligible for points redemption on purchase of discounted products.

4. Points Expiry

4.1  Unused points will expire after 12 months from the date of issuance, or as specified for special promotions.

4.2  Blackberrys may attempt to notify customers about point expiration, at its discretion.

5. Membership Tiers

5.1  The program has 2 tiers BlackBerrys Club and Blackberrys Phoenix Club, based on annual spending.

5.2  Tier upgrades/downgrades are evaluated annually or as per the program's review cycle.

6. Special Offers and Promotions

6.1  Members may receive exclusive offers, early access to sales, and bonus point events.

6.2  All promotional benefits are subject to specific terms outlined in the promotion.

7. Communication and Consent

7.1  By enrolling in the loyalty program, members consent to receive:

7.1 a   Transactional messages: Updates about points earned, redemption status, and membership-related notifications.

7.1 .b      Promotional messages: Offers, discounts, and upcoming events.

7.2  Communication will be sent via Web Push, SMS, Email, Google RCS, or WhatsApp as per the contact details provided during registration or updated subsequently.

7.3  Members can opt out of receiving promotional messages at any time by:

7.3 .a      Call the customer support at 8071811173 / 9810000209 (10:00 am - 6:00 pm).

7.3 .b      Sending an email to Customersupport@blackberrys.com.

7.4  Opting out of promotional communication will not affect transactional updates essential to the program.

8. Membership Cancellation

8.1  Customers may opt out of the program at any time by contacting customer support.

8.2  Blackberrys reserves the right to cancel membership for:

8.2.a     Misuse or fraudulent activity.

8.2.b     Violation of the terms and conditions.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1  Personal information collected during registration will be used as per Blackberrys privacy policy.

9.2  Members’ data will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except for operational purposes or as required by law.

10. Program Modifications

10.1        Blackberrys reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time with prior notice.

10.2        Any changes will be updated on our website (www.blackberrys.com) from time to time. Blackberrys at its discretion may notify customers or a certain set of customers, of any changes

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1        Blackberrys is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the inability to earn or redeem points due to technical issues or program changes.

12. General

12.1        Membership is governed by Indian laws.

12.2        Any disputes arising from the program will be subject to the jurisdiction of New DELHI, INDIA
