Organizer
This promotion ("Promotion") is organized by MOHAN CLOTHING COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED, having its registered office at E/22, Jhandewalan Extension, Karol Bagh, New Delhi 110055 and corporate office at 58-59, Udyog Vihar, Phase-IV, Gurgaon – 122015 ("Organizer").
Promotion Period
The Promotion commences on 06 May 2026 and ends on 05 Jun 2026 (both dates inclusive), unless extended or terminated earlier by the Organizer at its sole discretion ("Promotion Period"). Purchases made outside the Promotion Period will not qualify.
Eligibility
- Open to Indian residents aged 18 years and above who make qualifying purchases at participating Blackberrys retail stores or online at blackberrys.com during the Promotion Period.
- Employees, directors, and immediate family members of the Organizer, its affiliates, partner brands (including EaseMyTrip), and their respective agencies are not eligible.
- The Promotion is not available in the State of Tamil Nadu or any state/UT where prohibited by law.
- Purchases using gift cards, store credit, or employee discounts do not qualify.

- Qualifying spend: 14999

Participation
- Each qualifying purchase generates one entry for the applicable reward tier.
- One reward per participant during the Promotion Period.
- Entries remain valid even if items are returned or exchanged later.
- No free or alternate method of entry.
Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners selected via computerized random draw by an independent auditor on or before 30 June 2026.
- Winners notified by phone, SMS, or email.
- Results published on blackberrys.com or social media.
- If a winner is unreachable for 30 days, an alternate may be selected.
Tax Liability
TDS at 31.2% applies on prize value above INR 10,000, under Section 194B of the Income Tax Act.
- Winners are responsible for TDS.
- Reward A winner must pay TDS before trip release.
Reward A — Specific Conditions
- Trip must be completed by 31 August 2026.
- Includes flights, hotel, breakfast.
- Excludes visa fees, insurance, personal expenses, meals beyond breakfast.
- Non-transferable and non-cashable.
Reward B & C — Gift Card Conditions
- Valid till 31 August 2026.
- Cannot be combined or redeemed for cash.
- Valid for one-time use per customer.
- EaseMyTrip cards valid only on holiday packages.

General Conditions
- Rewards are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
- Organizer may substitute reward if unavailable.
- Organizer may modify, suspend or terminate the promotion.
- By participating, users consent to data usage for administrative purposes.
Limitation of Liability
The Organizer and partners shall not be liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or prize enjoyment.
Privacy Policy
Participants consent to collection, storage, and use of data for promotion administration and compliance.
Force Majeure
Organizer not liable for delays due to uncontrollable events (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.).
Dispute Resolution
